    Executive Wellbeing Coach (IECL & ICF)
    Master of Applied Linguistics

    Johanna is a Co-Director of Thriving Schools. With 30+ years of global experience in wellbeing education and leadership development, she is known for her dynamic approach, boundless energy, and creative passion. She empowers individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.

    Johanna’s expertise spans both education and corporate sectors, bridging the gap between personal development and measurable success.

    A certified Executive Coach through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and an
    ACC-accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Johanna combines deep expertise with a results-driven approach. She holds a Master’s degree from The University of Melbourne and actively contributes to global coaching communities.

    Johanna’s journey is one of resilience. She leads by example - embracing challenges, learning fearlessly, and inspiring others to take ownership of their strengths, purpose, and success.

  • Christian Ryan

    Bbus (Acc)

    Christian is a Co-Director of Thriving Schools and the Founder of FinCap. Committed to fostering growth and opportunity, his vision is to facilitate seamless access to investment and business opportunities for individuals and investors alike.

    Prior to founding FinCap, Christian co-established Beulah Capital, a private wealth and asset management firm, in 2008. He remains a key shareholder in the Choice Capital Group and serves on multiple boards, where he plays a strategic role in driving business growth, shaping corporate vision, and ensuring that investor interests are diligently represented to achieve optimal outcomes.

    Beyond his professional endeavours, Christian is a dedicated family man with a distinguished athletic background. A silver medallist in the Men’s Eight Rowing event at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, he has also competed in world championship events. His passion for sports extends to AFL football, and in recent years, he undertook the challenge of cycling the Tour de France circuit.
